Buyers can purchase immediately using the ADD TO CART button for available items. The shipping cost will be calculated before checkout. For Prints on Demand, multiple orders with one shipping cost is preferred, especially for Hawaii orders which defaults to $32, but it also covers insurance. Customers can choose to pay with credit card or PayPal, and it's all fully secured. U.S. funds only. For originals, I will also accept personal checks or money orders via snail mail, but I'll have to wait for the check to clear before sending out the shipment (this can take 1-2 weeks).
So, after you type in where it's shipping to, it will give you a total price with the shipping charge. When you proceed with the purchase, Paypal will prompt you to sign into your Paypal account. You pay securely using your preferred payment method. I will receive an email that tells me you sent funds through paypal and which item(s) were purchased. I then sign into paypal, get the shipping info and go ship you the item(s). ArtSpan will send you an email as soon as they receive your order, giving an estimated ship date. Then send another email with the delivery confirmationn date and tracking number.
If your item(s) are not very large, your package will be shipped within 7-10 days of purchase by the U.S. Postal Service, 3-day priority mail, for the USA orders. If your item is large, say an original painting or large canvas print, it will be shipped by UPS or sometimes FedEX, for USA orders. Allow around 7 days for delivery. Often, 3-day priority mail sent from Hawaii takes 5 days.
GUARANTEE: If you are not happy with your item, you may return it for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 7 days of purchase. It must be in the same condition it was when you received it.
